Okay, so the “prone bone” position. I’d heard about it, seen it mentioned, you know, around. I was curious, obviously. So, my partner and I decided to give it a shot last weekend. We’re pretty adventurous in the bedroom, always looking for something new to spice things up.

First, we cleared some space on the bed. Gotta have room to maneuver, right? My partner got down on their stomach, kind of like they were about to do a push-up, but, you know, relaxed. I laid down facing the same way.
- It was a little awkward at first. I won’t lie.
- Figuring out where to put my legs was the first challenge.
I ended up kind of draping one leg over their back, and the other one was bent, kind of out to the side. My partner, bless their heart, just straight up sprawled. No problems. And i entered from behind.
Once we got the leg situation sorted, it was…interesting. Different. It’s definitely a position that emphasizes, ahem, depth. We tried a few different angles, me shifting my hips a bit, them arching their back slightly. It took some adjusting, some communication. “A little to the left…no, my left…yeah, there.” That kind of thing.
The Aftermath
We did it. We figured it out. Laughter, some clumsy moments, and a whole lot of “wow, that’s…different.” Would we do it again? Probably. It’s not going to be our go-to, but it’s definitely a fun one to have in the repertoire. It’s all about exploring, communicating, and having a good time, right? And maybe clearing a bit more space on the bed next time. Just in case.
