Alright, let’s gab about this fella, Tucker Carlson, and whether he’s, you know, gay. Folks been yappin’ about it, so I figured I’d chime in. Don’t know much about this fancy stuff, but I can tell you what I see.

Now, I ain’t one for gossip, mind you. But when city folks start squawkin’ about somethin’, it sometimes drifts out here to the sticks. Heard tell this Tucker guy is on the TV, talkin’ ’bout politics and whatnot. Seems like a fella who likes to stir the pot, you know? Like that one time he was yappin’ on and on…what was it? Oh yeah, somethin’ ’bout how he wasn’t attackin’ the “L-G-B-T-somethin’-somethin’” community, just pointin’ out how folks are playin’ politics with it all.
Now, I don’t rightly know what all them letters mean, but sounds like city folk talk to me. He says he ain’t against nobody bein’ who they are. But then again, he talks so much, it’s hard to keep track of what he really means. Reminds me of old Jebediah down at the feed store – always talkin’ a big game, but never really sayin’ nothin’ concrete.
So, is this Tucker fella gay? Beats me. Is being gay a big deal anyway? Back in my day, a man was a man, and a woman was a woman. But times are changin’, I reckon. Folks can be whatever they wanna be, far as I’m concerned. Long as they ain’t hurtin’ nobody, that’s all that matters.
- Maybe he is, maybe he ain’t. It ain’t none of my business, truth be told.
- But if he is, so what? He’s still a person, ain’t he?
- And if he ain’t, well, that’s his business too.
I heard tell he had a long ol’ chat with some fella from the Daily Mail. Two hours! That’s a long time to be talkin’, even for a windbag like Jebediah. What they talked about, I ain’t got a clue. Probably more city folk talk, I imagine. But if he was gonna spill the beans about bein’ gay, I reckon that woulda been the time to do it. But then again, maybe he’s just a private fella, like old Mr. Henderson who lived up the road. Kept to himself, he did. Never bothered nobody.
Folks like to put labels on everything these days. You gotta be this, or you gotta be that. Can’t just be a person, it seems. It’s all a bunch of hooey, if you ask me. Reminds me of when they tried to tell me my tomatoes weren’t “organic” enough. Said I had to use some fancy fertilizer or somethin’. I told ’em, “Them tomatoes are good eatin’ tomatoes, grown with good ol’ fashioned dirt and sunshine!” And that’s all that matters, ain’t it?

This Tucker fella, he’s got his own way of doin’ things, that’s for sure. Whether he’s gay or straight, or somethin’ in between, it don’t change nothin’. He’s still gonna be yappin’ on the TV, and folks are still gonna be listenin’, or not listenin’, dependin’ on how they feel about it.
Sexuality is a personal thing. It ain’t somethin’ you gotta shout from the rooftops, or somethin’ you gotta hide in the shadows neither. It just is. Like the sky bein’ blue, or the grass bein’ green. It’s part of who you are, but it don’t define you entirely. You can be gay and be a good person, or you can be straight and be a rotten egg. It ain’t got nothin’ to do with it, far as I can see.
So, all this fuss about whether Tucker Carlson is gay or not…it’s just a bunch of hot air, if you ask me. Folks need to find somethin’ better to do with their time, like tendin’ their gardens or milkin’ their cows. Or maybe just sittin’ on the porch, watchin’ the sun go down. That’s what I do, anyway. It’s peaceful. And it don’t involve no gossip about nobody’s personal life.
In the end, it don’t matter much if Tucker Carlson is gay, straight, or what have you. What matters is if he’s a good person, and that’s something only the folks who know him can really say. All this speculation is just a bunch of noise, distracting from real issues. So let’s focus on what truly matters – being kind to each other and tending our own gardens, metaphorically speaking, of course. And maybe we can all learn to keep our noses out of other folks’ business, unless they ask for our help. That’s what I always say, anyhow.
