Okay, so today I decided to check out the Planned Parenthood in Franklinton, Columbus. I’ve heard some mixed reviews, and needed some, uh, stuff, so I figured I’d go see for myself what it’s all about.

First thing I did was try to find some info online. Gotta know the hours, what services they offer, all that jazz. It was easy enough to locate.
Getting There
Next up: actually getting there. I’m kinda directionally challenged, so I spent some time planning the route. I figured out that I could follow some main roads and find this Planned Parenthood location pretty easily. The bus system looked pretty okay too, should I ever do that.
I hopped in my car and followed the GPS. Parking was a little bit of a pain, a street spot a little walk away. I had to walk around to find my destination.
My Visit
Once inside, I checked in. The waiting room was…well, a waiting room. Nothing fancy, but clean enough. There were some pamphlets and stuff, and a few other people waiting around.
The staff were helpful. I had my questions, they had their answers, and they do have helpful staff. They’re pretty professional about everything, which I appreciated.

After a bit of a wait, I got called in. Everything went smoothly. They took care of what I needed, no big fuss.
Wrapping Up
Got everything sorted, I headed out. The whole experience was straightforward. Definitely not as dramatic as some people make it out to be. I guess some folks have strong opinions, but for me, it was just a regular appointment.
So, yeah, that was my day checking out the Planned Parenthood in Franklinton. Pretty uneventful, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
