Okay, folks, let’s talk about my little experiment with Cinnamon Fire Jolly Ranchers. I’ve always loved those things – that fiery kick is just addictive, you know? So, the other day, I was struck with this crazy idea: what if I could amp up that flavor even more?

I started by grabbing a big bag of the suckers. I mean, you can’t do a proper taste test without a good supply, right?
The Prep Work
First things first, I unwrapped all those candies. Tedious? Yes. Necessary? Absolutely. You don’t want waxy paper bits in your final product, trust me.
Next, I got out my trusty (and slightly beat-up) saucepan. Nothing fancy, just a regular one I use for everything. I dumped all the unwrapped Jolly Ranchers into the pan. It looked like a beautiful, fiery red mountain of sugar.
The Melting Begins
I put the pan on the stove over low heat. This is crucial, people. Low and slow is the name of the game. You don’t want to scorch the sugar, or you’ll end up with a burnt, bitter mess. Nobody wants that.

- keep my eyes on the pan constantly.
- Stirred occasionally at first, just to make sure everything was melting evenly.
As the candies started to melt, they turned into this gorgeous, molten lava-like goo. The cinnamon smell was starting to fill my kitchen, and it was glorious.
The Experiment
Now, I added extra cinnamon powder, then continue stirring.

Once everything was melted and combined,I took a small spoon and take a little taste.
The Result
Hot damn, that cinnamon with candy give me a excellent taste.
I think I’m onto something here, maybe next time I make this, I’ll add other flavor.
