Okay, so I’ve been seeing this Tristan Tate guy all over the internet, and honestly, the dude is ripped. I decided to look into how he stays in such great shape, and, well, I tried to follow his routine for a week. Let me tell you, it was intense!

Getting Started
First, I spent a good amount of time just watching videos of him and reading articles. It’s not like he has one single, set-in-stone workout plan, you know? It’s more of a general approach, a lifestyle, really.
The Workout
I quickly realized this wasn’t going to be your average gym session. This is full-body, compound movement-focused stuff.
- Push-ups: So many push-ups. I started with sets of 20, then tried to push it to 30, then 40. My chest was burning by day two.
- Pull-ups: I’m not great at pull-ups, so I used a resistance band to help me out. Even with the band, I could only manage a few at a time. I focused on doing them slowly and controlled.
- Squats: I did bodyweight squats, trying to go as deep as possible. I also added some goblet squats holding a dumbbell. My legs were like jelly after each session.
- Dips: I found some parallel bars at the park and gave dips a shot. These were tough! I could only do a handful at first.
- Boxing:Tate does a lot of boxing,I don’t have a heavy bag at home, so I just did some shadow boxing, working on my footwork and throwing punches.
- Walking: He walks every day, so I did.
My Diet
From what I could gather, Tate doesn’t follow a super strict diet, but he generally eats clean. He eats natural and clean, So I cut out all the junk food and focused on:
- Meat: I ate lots of chicken breast, steak, and fish.
- Eggs: Eggs for breakfast, almost every day.
- Vegetables: I loaded up on broccoli, spinach, and other greens.
- Fruit: Fruit,I chose berries.
- Water: I drank tons of water throughout the day.
The “Mindset”
One thing that kept coming up was Tate’s mindset. He’s all about discipline and pushing yourself.I try my best to copy it.
After a week, I was definitely feeling it. I was sore, tired, but also… stronger. It was a lot of work,I’m not sure I could keep up this level of intensity long-term, but it definitely gave me a new appreciation for what it takes to get that kind of * showed me that I’m capable of more than I thought. I may not be Tristan Tate-level ripped, but I’m definitely more motivated to keep pushing myself.
