Okay, so after a month of this, here’s the deal: It’s probably fine? I didn’t notice any major negative effects, but I also didn’t turn into Superman. My energy levels were kind of all over the place, but that could be due to a million other things.

And I have to say that my body runs better during the period after I stopped doing this experiment, so I’ve decided to do it in moderation.
