Alright, so today I wanted to try something new, something a bit… slow. I’d heard about this “slow thrust” thing and, well, I was curious. Gotta keep things spicy, right?

Getting Started
First, I did a little digging around. Not a ton, just enough to get the basic idea. I didn’t want to overthink it, you know? Sometimes it’s better to just jump in and figure things out as you go. I found a couple of articles and videos that seemed helpful, so I kept those in mind.
The Experiment
So, I cleared my schedule, put on some chill music, and made sure I had plenty of time. No rushing allowed. The whole point was to take it slow, so I really wanted to commit to that.
I started by, well, just getting comfortable. Relaxing my body, focusing on my breathing. It’s all about being present in the moment, right? No distractions, no pressure, just me and my… uh… partner.
- First step: Slow, gentle movements. Barely there, really. Just getting a feel for things.
- Second step: Gradually increasing the pressure, but still keeping it super slow. Like, snail’s pace slow.
- Third step: Paying attention to every little sensation. Noticing how my body reacted, how my partner responded.
- Fourth step:Hold it, just stop and focus on your feeling.
- Fifth step:Keeping the slow to end.
It was… different. Definitely not what I’m used to. But in a good way? I think so. It was more about the connection, the intimacy, the feeling of being really present with someone. Less about the… destination, and more about the journey, I guess you could say.
The Aftermath
Honestly, it was surprisingly intense. In a different way than usual, though. More of a deep, connected feeling. I felt really relaxed and… close. It’s definitely something I’d try again. Maybe with some variations, just to see how it changes things. Might need a good lubricant as well to try.

So, yeah, that was my “slow thrust” experiment. Not gonna lie, it was pretty interesting. If you’re looking for something a little different, a little more… mindful, maybe give it a shot. Just remember to relax, take your time, and enjoy the ride.
