Okay, so today I tried to recreate that viral TikTok audio – you know, the one that goes “mama, a girl behind you!”? Yeah, that one. I thought it would be fun to try and make my own version.
Getting Started
First, I needed to find the original sound. I scrolled through TikTok for a bit, searching for videos using the audio. Finally, I found one that seemed popular, so I saved the sound to my favorites.
Recording My Own
- I grabbed my phone.
- I opened up the TikTok app.
- I tapped my favorite that I saved.
- I hit the record button.
The first few attempts? Disaster. I kept messing up the timing, or my voice sounded weird. I must have redone it like ten times. Seriously. It’s harder than it looks to get that silly, casual vibe just right.
Editing and Tweaking
Once I finally got a take I didn’t totally hate, I started playing around with the editing tools in TikTok. I added a filter to make the video look a little more… aesthetic, I guess. I also adjusted the volume of the sound to make sure it was loud enough, but not too loud. You know, basic stuff.
The Final Result
After all that messing around, I finally had something I was kinda proud of. It wasn’t perfect, but it was fun, and it captured the spirit of the original. I posted it to my profile and, well, we’ll see what happens. Maybe it’ll go viral, maybe it won’t. Either way, it was a good time just playing around and trying something new.
And you? You tried?
