Okay, so, I had to run some tests today, you know, the usual “gf test” thing. Started off by checking out for the usual signs like feeling bloated, tummy aches, and the never-ending bathroom runs or the opposite – you know, constipation. Sometimes I even feel like throwing up, or I’m losing weight without even trying. And let’s not forget the constant tiredness. These are the things I usually look out for.

Then, I did this quick gluten test thingy. It’s pretty neat, helps you find out if there’s gluten around real fast.
Now, getting tested for this gluten thing is actually a piece of cake. I just ordered an Intolerance Test online, put it in my cart, and paid for it. Easy peasy.
Here’s how I went about it:
- Ordered the Test: First thing I did was order the test kit.
- Got the Kit: Then, I waited for the kit to arrive.
- Did the Test: Followed the instructions that came with the kit. It was pretty straightforward.
- Waited for Results: Sent it back and waited for my results.
I also came across this thing called the LRA test, or Lymphocyte Response Assay. It’s supposed to find out which foods are messing with your immune system. Sounds interesting, right? There was also this list of like 222 food items they test for. Crazy, huh?
And get this, I read that testing for gluten allergies with something called a Gluten F79 IgE Test, along with a Total IgE Test, can tell you a lot about how your body reacts to gluten. Fancy stuff, but hey, if it helps, why not?
So, that’s pretty much how I spent my day, dealing with this whole gluten testing adventure. It’s a bit of a hassle, but I guess it’s important to know what’s up with your body, right?
