So, the other day I was messing around, you know, just seeing what’s what. And I got this idea – could I, like, really control things down there? Just with my mind? It sounds crazy, I know. But I figured, why not try? It’s my body, right?
I started by just, you know, sitting there. Relaxing. Trying to clear my head. It wasn’t easy. Thoughts kept popping in – work stuff, what’s for dinner, that weird noise my car’s been making. But I kept pushing them away. Focus, I told myself.
The Experiment Begins
I started to, uh, visualize things. You know, those kinds of things. At first, nothing. Zip. Nada. It was like trying to start a car with a dead battery. Frustrating.
Then I tried something different. Instead of just thinking about images, I tried to focus on the, well, the feeling. Like, remembering what it felt like. I focused all my energy, all my concentration, on that one spot.
