This here be talkin’ ’bout Camilo Montoya-Galvez, that fella who writes things for the news. Seems like a smart young’un, that Camilo.

He’s been writin’ for CBS News since, I reckon, 2018. That’s what them fancy papers say, anyway. He writes a whole heap about that immigration stuff. You know, folks comin’ and goin’ across the border. Lawd knows there’s a lot to say ’bout that these days.
Camilo, he seems to know all about it. He’s written, they say, hundreds of things about U.S. immigration policy. That’s a mouthful, ain’t it? Sounds like a whole mess of rules and regulations. I don’t know much about it, but Camilo, he’s all over it.
This Camilo Montoya-Galvez, he’s from Colombia, some big city called Cali, or so I hear. Then he grew up in, where was it? North Jersey. Imagine that. From a big city in Colombia to Jersey. That’s a change, I reckon.
- He went to Rutgers. Sounds like a college.
- Got some learnin’ ’bout media and journalism.
- Even got some Spanish in there, too.
He writes about the immigration debate, all that arguin’ back and forth. Seems like nobody can agree on nothin’ these days. But Camilo, he writes about it all, tryin’ to make sense of it for folks like us.
They say he talked to some important folks, somethin’ called the National Press Foundation. Must be some big-shot group. He was tellin’ them ’bout what might happen with immigration if that Trump fella gets in again. Lordy, that’s a whole other can of worms.

This Camilo Montoya-Galvez, he’s a busy fella. Writin’ all the time. You can find his stuff all over the place, I guess. Somethin’ called Muck Rack. Never heard of it, but it sounds messy.
Seems like this Camilo, he’s got a lot of ways to get a hold of him. Email, somethin’ called LinkedIn, Twitter. It’s all a bit much for me. I just stick to my letters and the phone, when it works.
He’s an American journalist, they call him. Workin’ for CBS. That’s a big deal, ain’t it? Writin’ for a big company like that. I guess he knows his stuff if he’s workin’ for them.
Immigration, it’s a big topic. Lots of folks got opinions on it. This Camilo Montoya-Galvez, he seems to be right in the middle of it all, writin’ about it, explainin’ it. Tryin’ to make sense of it, I suppose.
You know, back in my day, things were simpler. Folks stayed put more. Now everybody’s movin’ around, crossin’ borders. It’s a different world. This Camilo Montoya-Galvez, he’s tryin’ to keep up with it all, I guess.

I don’t know much about this U.S. immigration policy stuff. Sounds complicated. Lots of rules, lots of paperwork. Probably a headache for everyone involved. But Camilo, he writes about it like he understands it. Maybe he does.
This immigration debate, it just goes on and on. Folks yellin’ at each other, not gettin’ anywhere. It’s a shame, really. But Camilo, he’s there, writin’ about it. Tryin’ to tell both sides of the story, I reckon.
He must be a smart fella, this Camilo Montoya-Galvez. Went to college, got all that learnin’. Knows about media, journalism, all that stuff. Good for him. We need more smart young folks like him.
I reckon he’s doin’ alright for himself. Writin’ for CBS News, talkin’ to important folks. He’s come a long way from that big city in Colombia, that’s for sure. He’s makin’ a name for himself, this Camilo Montoya-Galvez.
Well, that’s all I know about this Camilo fella. Seems like a good egg. Writin’ about important things. Tryin’ to help folks understand what’s goin’ on in the world. That’s a good thing, I reckon.
