So, I’ve been messing around with this whole “relationship coaching online” thing. I gotta say, it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster, but definitely interesting.

Getting Started
First, I spent some time just poking around online. You know, seeing what’s out there. I typed in “relationship coaching online” and, boom, tons of stuff popped up. I felt a bit lost at sea, not really knowing where to start.
Digging Deeper
I started reading reviews and checking out different websites. I wanted to find something or someone real. Some sites just made me roll my eyes, all flashy promises and no real substance.
- Checked out some coach profiles. Some had videos, which was cool.
- Read some articles about different coaching styles.
- Tried to figure out what kind of help I actually needed.
Taking Action
I found a couple of coaches that seemed to fit and booked some initial consultations. These were mostly free, just short calls to see if we clicked. One of them was super awkward, like talking to a robot. No thanks! But the other one was pretty good. We chatted about what I was looking for, and she explained her approach. It felt… human.
The Coaching Itself
I signed up for a few sessions with the coach I liked. We used video calls, which was convenient. We talked about a whole bunch of stuff – communication patterns, past baggage, you name it. She gave me some exercises to do between sessions, like little homework assignments. Some were helpful, others were kinda… meh.
The Results (So Far)
Honestly, it’s been a mixed bag. It’s not like a magic wand or anything. There were times when i tried some practice and it didn’t work out, then I had to try again. But I have noticed some small shifts. Like, I’m a little better at talking about my feelings, and I’m noticing some of my old patterns that weren’t so great. It’s still a work in progress, but I’m glad I tried it. Still got a long way to go, but it’s a start!
