Okay, so I’ve been seeing this “girly girly things” trend everywhere, and you know I had to jump in and try some stuff out. It’s all about embracing that super feminine, playful energy, and honestly, who doesn’t love that?

Operation: Pink Everything
First things first, I gathered all my pink stuff. Like, everything. My pinkest sweater, my fluffiest pink scarf, even that pink phone case I thought I’d lost. I even dug out some old pink hair clips from, like, middle school. No shame in my game!
Then, I went full-on pink mode. I put on the sweater, wrapped myself in the scarf, and clipped those ancient hair clips into my hair. I felt like a walking, talking cotton candy cloud. It was amazing.
Glitter Bomb Activated
Next up: glitter. Because what’s more girly than glitter? I found a tube of that sparkly body gel I used to be obsessed with (don’t judge) and slathered it on my arms and collarbones. I even dusted some loose glitter onto my eyelids. I was basically a human disco ball.
- Find every pink item owned.
- Put on all things pink.
- Locate the glitter and apply.
The Final Touch: Lip Gloss
Finally, I topped it all off with the glossiest, pinkest lip gloss I could find. It was so shiny, you could probably see your reflection in it. I pouted in the mirror a few times (for research purposes, obviously) and declared myself officially “girly girl”-ified.
Honestly, it was so much fun! I spent the rest of the day just feeling extra cute and sparkly. I even baked some cupcakes with pink frosting, because why not? It’s all about embracing those little things that make you feel good, and this definitely did the trick. I highly recommend it. It’s good to just be very girly sometimes.
