Okay, here’s my workout log about “gymgasm”, told in a casual, personal blog style:
Alright, so, “gymgasm.” Yeah, it’s a thing, and I totally experienced it, and I’m gonna lay it all out, start to finish.
The Build-Up
I started my day like any other gym day. I woke up, chugged some water, ate a quick banana, and headed out. I wasn’t even planning on a super intense workout, just a regular leg day. I got to the gym, put on my headphones, and started with some light cardio to warm up. I did maybe 10 mins on a bike.
The Workout
- I moved on to squats. Nothing crazy, just my usual sets and reps.
- I added a leg press.I felt the burn, of course, but nothing out of the ordinary.
- I switched to hamstring curls, and this is where things started to get, uh, interesting.
- I did some reps, and a really strange feeling came.
The ‘Moment’
So, I’m on the hamstring curl machine, right? And around, I dunno, the eighth rep of my third set, it hit me. It wasn’t painful, not at all. It was this intense, wave of… well, you know. It spread from my core, down my legs, everywhere. It only lasted for a few seconds, but it was intense. My face must have been priceless because the guy next to me gave me this weird look. I just tried to play it cool, you know, like “Oh, yeah, just really feeling the burn, haha…”
The Aftermath
I finished my set, but I was definitely flustered. I took a longer break than usual, drank some water, and tried to gather myself. I finished up the workout. I decided to cut it a little short. I mean, my legs were already feeling like jelly.I have to try more for another feeling like that.
So yeah, that’s my “gymgasm” story. It was unexpected, a little embarrassing, but hey, it happened. It’s a real thing, and it can totally catch you off *, I’m kinda motivated to see if it happens again.
