- Dived into specific claims: For example, I saw this one claim about him suggesting that herbicide chemicals are turning kids transgender. That one really made me do a double-take, so I dug deeper into the science behind it.
- Explored his overall campaign: Since he’s running for president, I thought it was important to understand his broader policy proposals. I checked out what he was saying about other major issues, too.
I kept digging, and things got more interesting. I found out that RFK Jr. is not entirely against gender-affirming care, but he seems to lean towards restricting it for minors. As I looked into his presidential campaign, it became clear that while the transgender issue isn’t his main focus, it’s still a part of his platform. He’s trying to appeal to a skeptical, anti-establishment crowd, which I guess is why he’s taking these stances.
