Okay, so let me tell you about my experience watching “The Amazing Race” Season 36, Episode 10. This was it – the penultimate leg! I grabbed my snacks, got comfy on the couch, and got ready for the drama.
At the beginning, we got four teams left, all fighting to make it to the final three. I started watching from the opening credits, the music got me pumped up. I already have my favorite, Ricky and Cesar, but honestly, all teams are pretty good at this point.
First things first, I noticed the title of this episode is “The Longest Minute of Your Life”. I’m like, “What’s that supposed to mean?” Intriguing, right? I kept that in the back of my mind as I watched the teams go through their challenges.
This episode started with the teams doing different tasks and I tried to follow along with the instructions. The tasks are all tough! I tried to imagine myself in their shoes, running around, trying to figure out clues. I’m sweating just watching them!
The pressure was intense. I watched closely as each team tried to complete the tasks. Some teams work really well together, others, not so much. There were arguments, frustrations, but also moments of pure joy and teamwork. It’s a rollercoaster!
I was on the edge of my seat during the whole episode, especially when they announced the rankings. I gasped when they said Ricky and Cesar were in the first place. Those guys are amazing! They’re boyfriends and they seem to have a really solid partnership. I’m really rooting for them.
Some other things I picked up
- This season started on March 13, 2024, and wrapped up on May 15, 2024. Time flies when you’re having fun, I guess!
- Besides Ricky and Cesar winning, I found out that military pilots Juan and Shane got second place, and a married couple, Rod and Leticia, got third. Good for them!
- I also saw something about a couple, Caro and Ray, who were on Season 33. Apparently, they broke up after the show. Caro talked about it on YouTube, something about Ray not being committed. She’s married and pregnant now, though. Life goes on!
I tried to watch the full episode on Paramount Plus. I have an account there and the quality was good. I really enjoy watching shows there.
In the end, this episode was a nail-biter. I was so invested in the teams and their journeys. I can’t wait to see what happens in the finale! I highly recommend checking it out if you haven’t already. You won’t be disappointed!
