Okay, so, I’ve been messing around with this whole “skinny female boy” thing, and let me tell you, it’s been a journey. I started because, well, I wanted to see if I could help a friend put on some weight. He’s always been on the slender side, and he wanted to bulk up a bit, you know, to feel a bit more sturdy and energetic.

So, first things first, we hit up the kitchen. I’m no chef, but I can whip up some decent meals. We started cooking together, trying out new recipes and making sure he was getting three square meals a day – breakfast, lunch, and dinner. No skipping! We made it a fun thing, a bonding experience. Trying new foods and recipes, experimenting in the kitchen.
- Breakfast became a big deal.
- We made sure he had a solid lunch.
- And dinner was our time to get creative in the kitchen.
Then, there were the drinks. I got him into fruit juices, smoothies, and these milkshakes. I told him, “Dude, these are your new best friends.” We even tried soy milk and these juices mixed with regular milk. The idea was to just up those calories without making him feel like he was stuffing himself all the time. He liked them.
We also started doing some exercises together. Nothing too crazy, just some basic stuff to help him build muscle. I read somewhere that muscle is denser than fat, so even if he gains a bit, it’ll be the good kind. I am not a fitness trainer, but I found some simple workout routines online for him.
It’s been a few weeks, and I’ve got to say, it’s pretty cool seeing the changes. He seems more energetic, and he says he feels better overall. We’re still at it, experimenting with different foods and exercises. It’s not just about gaining weight, I guess. It’s about doing it healthily and feeling good about yourself. And that’s what I’ve learned from all of this, It’s all about feeling good and healthy.
Finding What Works
This whole thing has taught me a lot about patience and how everyone’s body is different. What works for one person might not work for another. It’s all about finding what works for you and sticking to it. And, of course, having a little fun along the way. After all, what is life without learning something and trying something new?

And that is how I did it. I will keep trying new stuff and keep sharing what I have done!
