Well, look at this here, folks. That gal, Kristen Stewart, you know, the one from that vampire movie, she’s all over the place again. This time, it’s somethin’ called Rolling Stone. I ain’t never read it myself, but it sounds fancy.
Seems like she’s on the cover, and folks are gettin’ their knickers in a twist about it. I saw some pictures online, you know, on that phone thing my grandson showed me. She’s wearin’ some kinda…well, I don’t rightly know what you’d call it. Looks like a shirt, but it ain’t coverin’ much, if you catch my drift. And her hand…well, let’s just say it’s placed somewhere…provocative, I guess the word is.
Now, some folks, they’re sayin’ it’s too much. Too “sexy,” they call it. Too “homosexual,” some others are hollerin’. They’re all worked up, sayin’ it ain’t proper, especially for a lady. But you know what I say? She’s just doin’ her thing. Times are changin’, and that’s for sure. Back in my day, we wouldn’t have dared to show our ankles, let alone…well, you know. But these young’uns, they’re different.
They got their own ways, and that’s their business. This Kristen girl, she says she likes breakin’ them old rules about what a woman should be. Says it’s okay to be different, to mix things up. And you know, I kinda admire that. It takes guts to stand up and say, “This is me, take it or leave it.”
- Rolling Stone Cover Controversy: This whole thing started because of the pictures on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine. Some people think they’re too much, too revealing. They’re callin’ it names, sayin’ it’s sexist and homophobic. But Kristen, she ain’t backin’ down. She’s tellin’ them to, well, let’s just say she ain’t being polite about it.
- Kristen Stewart Defends Herself: She went on one of them talk shows, the one with that fella Stephen Colbert, and she talked about it. She says she ain’t sorry. She says she likes bein’ different and she ain’t gonna change for nobody. And good for her, I say. Nobody should have to be somethin’ they ain’t.
- New Movie and Stuff: Seems like she’s got a new movie comin’ out too. “Love Lies Bleeding,” it’s called. Set way back in the 1980s. Don’t know nothin’ about it, but it sounds like it’s got some of that…desire and ambition stuff she’s talkin’ about in the magazine. And she even wrote some of it herself, they say. Imagine that, writin’ your own movie. That’s somethin’, ain’t it?
This Kristen gal, she’s been around a while, you know. She was that Bella gal in them vampire movies, but now she’s doin’ all sorts of different things. Independently films, they call ‘em. And she’s been with different folks, men and women, doesn’t seem to matter to her. She’s engaged now, to a lady who writes stories, just like her. They call that bisexual, I think. Again, times are changin’, that’s for sure. Back in my day, we didn’t talk about such things, but I reckon love is love, no matter who it’s with.
So, all this fuss about the Rolling Stone cover? I reckon it’s just folks gettin’ riled up over nothin’. She ain’t hurtin’ nobody. She’s just bein’ herself. And in this world, I think that’s about the best thing you can be. Besides, it gets folks talkin’, don’t it? And that’s probably what them magazine folks want anyway. More eyeballs on their pages, more money in their pockets. That’s how it works, I figure.
Kristen Stewart Rolling Stone cover or whatever they’re callin’ it, is just another story in this big ol’ world. Some folks like it, some folks don’t. But that’s life, ain’t it? You just gotta do what you think is right and let the chips fall where they may. That’s what I always say. And this Kristen girl, seems to me, she’s doin’ just that.
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go make some supper. All this talk about movie stars and magazines is makin’ me hungry.
