No Ejaculation in a Week: Problem or Perfectly Fine?

So, I got curious about this whole “no ejaculation for a week” thing. I’d heard different stuff – some people saying it’s good for you, others saying it doesn’t matter. I figured, why not try it myself and see what happens? Like a little personal experiment.

My Week-Long Journey

Day 1: Nothing unusual, business as usual. I went about my day, no big deal.

Day 2: Still feeling pretty normal. I did notice I was a bit, uh, friskier than usual, but nothing I couldn’t handle.

Day 3: Okay, starting to feel a little antsy. The urges were definitely there, and it took some willpower to, you know, not. I distracted myself with a workout and some video games.

Day 4-6: These were the toughest days, to be honest. My body was really reminding me of what I was missing. I felt a little more irritable, a little more on edge. I found myself fantasizing more, too. But I kept busy – work, chores, hanging out with friends (virtually, of course). It was all about keeping my mind off it.

Day 7: Made it! Honestly, I felt a weird mix of proud and…relieved. It was like I’d climbed a small mountain, even though no one else knew I was climbing it.

The Results

So, what did I actually experience after a week? Here is my record:

  • Increased sensitivity: When I finally did ejaculate, it was definitely more intense. Like, noticeably so.
  • Slightly elevated mood: I’m not sure if it was directly related, but I did feel a little more “up” overall. Could be placebo, could be something else.
  • No magical superpowers: Some people claim all sorts of benefits, like increased testosterone or better focus. I didn’t experience anything earth-shattering.
  • More aware of my body: The whole process made me more conscious of my urges and how I deal with them. Kind of a mindfulness exercise, in a way.

The Bottom Line: Was it good or bad? For me, it was more of a neutral experience. It wasn’t harmful, but it wasn’t life-changing either. It was interesting to try, and I learned a little something about myself. Would I do it again? Maybe, maybe not. It’s not something I’d make a regular habit, but it wasn’t a negative experience overall.

I think that everyone is different, maybe some people get more or fewer side effects. Just I did a record for fun.
