Okay, so I’ve been digging into this whole “Megan Thee Stallion queer” thing, and let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride. I started off just browsing the web, you know, the usual stuff. I saw some folks talking about Megan’s lyrics and how she’s all about empowerment and owning your sexuality, which is pretty cool.
Then I stumbled upon this whole “stallion” thing. Apparently, it’s a Southern term for a tall, attractive woman. Megan, she’s been called that since she was young because, well, she’s tall and confident. And that “Thee” in her name? That’s just her way of adding some extra spice, making her stand out. Makes sense, right?
I also found out she’s not planning on making up with Nicki Minaj anytime soon. There’s been some drama there, diss tracks and all that. Not my scene, but I get it’s part of the hip-hop world.
Diving into the Nier Automata World
Now, here’s where things got a bit weird. I somehow ended up reading about this video game, Nier Automata, and these characters, 2B and 9S. Don’t ask me how I got there, the internet is a strange place. From what I gathered, after 2B dies, 9S gets all possessive of her, even though he’s supposed to be in love with her. It’s all very dramatic, like a soap opera, but with robots.
Then there’s this whole thing about 2B having to hide her feelings because she’s supposed to be an executioner or something, and she has to keep killing 9S. It’s a whole mess. People are really into this story, though. They’re writing all sorts of fan theories and stuff. Some folks are saying these characters have some major relationship going on, reading between the lines of these short stories and weapon descriptions. I mean these stories called like “Memory Cage” and “Cruel Blood Oath.” People are really into the game, I will say that much.
Back to Megan
Anyway, back to Megan. It seems like she’s going independent now, starting a new chapter in her career. I also read that after her albums Good News and Traumazine, she is leaning more into her Southern identity. That’s all I could really figure out about that, though.
So, that’s my journey through the “Megan Thee Stallion queer” rabbit hole. It went from music to video games and back again. It just goes to show, you never know what you’ll find when you start exploring online. I guess the main takeaway is that Megan is a strong, independent artist who’s not afraid to be herself, and these Nier Automata characters have a seriously complicated relationship. And apparently, the internet can be a really weird place if you are not careful where you click.
