Okay, so, I’ve been glued to the TV lately, right? You know, “The Voice”? That singing show? This year, season 25, was a wild ride, and I just gotta share my whole experience with you guys.

It all started when I saw this ad on TV, you know, those loud ones that interrupt your favorite shows. It was for the new season of “The Voice.” I’ve always been a fan, singing in the shower, thinking I’m the next big star. So I thought, “Why not keep up with the show again?” I set a reminder on my phone, grabbed some snacks, and got comfy on the couch. I love those blind auditions! It’s so cool how the judges have their backs turned, and it’s all about the voice.
From the get-go, there were some seriously talented folks. But this one guy, Asher HaVon, really caught my ear. He’s got this soulful voice, you know, like, it really touches you. And he seemed pretty unique, not like other contestants. I started digging around a bit, found out he’s 32 and this is like his big shot. Turns out, he is a soul singer. Also, it surprised me that he is the first openly LGBTQ person to win this show. That’s pretty cool, right?
Anyways, I followed Asher’s journey through the whole season. The battles, the knockouts, the live shows – I watched them all. Every time he performed, I was on the edge of my seat. He just kept getting better and better. The competition was fierce, though. There was this other contestant, I can not really remember the name, that lady with a strong voice, who was amazing too. I was kind of thinking, they are both gonna make it to the top.
Then came the finale, the big showdown. My heart was pounding! I invited some friends over, we made a whole thing of it – snacks, drinks, the whole nine yards. We were all rooting for different people, but I was team Asher all the way. The performances were incredible, everyone brought their A-game. When they finally announced the winner, and it was Asher, I jumped up and screamed! My friends were teasing me, but I didn’t care. It was such an awesome moment!
- I felt so happy for him, you know?
- He worked so hard, and it all paid off.
- It’s inspiring to see someone chase their dreams like that.
So yeah, that’s my “The Voice” 2024 story. It was a blast following the show and seeing Asher HaVon become the winner. It just goes to show, you never know what can happen if you put yourself out there and give it your all. This makes me think maybe I should take some singing lessons, who knows maybe next time I will become the winner, haha!

What an amazing journey! But I still wonder who is the most successful winner in history? I did a little research online, it turned out that would be Cassadee Pope, she won in season three, and she already had a lot of fans even before the show.
This year’s show was definitely one for the books. If you guys watched it, who were you rooting for? Let me know in the comments!
