Okay, let’s talk about that first time. It feels like ages ago now, honestly.

Setting the Scene
So, I met this guy. We’d been talking online for a bit, standard stuff. Finally decided to meet up. Grabbed a drink, walked around a bit. It was alright, you know? Not fireworks, but comfortable enough. There was definitely this underlying tension, this thing we weren’t really talking about but both knew was kinda the point.
We ended up back at my place. It was quieter there. Sat on the couch, making small talk, but it felt kinda forced. The silences got longer. You could feel the awkwardness hanging in the air. Definitely nervous, both of us I think.
Things Kinda Happened
Someone had to make a move, right? Think it was him, leaned in. Started with kissing. That part felt okay, familiar territory more or less. But then, you know, hands started wandering. Clothes started coming off. It was clumsy. Really clumsy. Fumbling with buttons, bumping elbows. Not like in the movies at all.
We ended up in the bedroom. More kissing, more touching. There was this moment of hesitation, like, are we really doing this? But we kept going. Getting lube involved – that was a whole new level of awkward fumbling. Trying to figure out positioning, what felt right, what didn’t. Honestly, a lot of it was just guesswork.
It wasn’t exactly comfortable at first. A bit painful, really. Had to stop and adjust things a few times. Communication was key, kinda mumbled directions and questions. “Is this okay?” “Like this?” It wasn’t smooth, it wasn’t graceful. It was just… trying things out.

Afterwards
When it was over, we just lay there for a bit. Didn’t say much. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t amazing either. It was just… done. Felt kinda weird, physically and emotionally. Like, okay, that happened. Now what?
He left not too long after. The goodbye was a little stiff. It wasn’t a disaster, but it wasn’t the start of some epic romance either. Mostly, it felt like crossing something off a list, or maybe opening a door I hadn’t realized was there. Definitely a learning experience, that’s for sure. You figure stuff out about yourself in moments like that.
