Okay, so my best friend, May, asked me for a really unusual favor. Her husband, Tom, needed to provide a sperm sample for some fertility testing. Tom was super nervous about doing it at the clinic. He felt really awkward and just couldn’t get in the mood in such a sterile environment. So, May asked if I could help him out at home.

At first, I was like, “Whoa, that’s a bit out there, even for me.” But May and I are super close, we’ve been through everything together. Plus, I’m a sex worker, so this kind of stuff isn’t totally foreign to me. I know my way around, you know? May respects what I do, and we trust each other completely. So, after thinking it over, I agreed to help.
We decided to do it at their place to keep Tom as comfortable as possible. May set up the bedroom all nice and cozy, with soft lighting and some music. She even got this special sterile container from the clinic. I brought over some, uh, visual aids, just in case Tom needed a little extra help getting inspired.
When the time came, May gave us some privacy. Tom was still a bit nervous, but I did my best to make him feel at ease. We chatted for a bit, just normal stuff, to get him relaxed. Then, I started to, well, you know, help him out. I used my hands, mostly. It was a bit awkward at first, but I focused on making sure Tom was comfortable and getting the job done.
- First step: Create a relaxed atmosphere. May did a great job with the bedroom setup.
- Second step: Chat and reassure. I talked to Tom to ease his nerves.
- Third step: Provide the “help”. This involved some manual stimulation.
- Fourth step: Collect the sample. This was the tricky part, making sure it all went into the container.
It took a little while, but eventually, Tom was able to produce a sample. I made sure to get every last drop into that container – apparently, the quantity matters for these tests. It was definitely a unique experience, even for me. But seeing the relief on Tom’s face made it worth it.
Achieving the Goal
May was super grateful. She said it would have been a nightmare for Tom to do it at the clinic. They were both really happy with how it turned out. And honestly, I felt good about being able to help my friends in such a personal way. It’s not every day you get to contribute to someone’s potential future family, right?

So, that’s my story about helping my best friend’s husband collect a sperm sample. It was awkward, a bit weird, but ultimately a rewarding experience. It just goes to show how far we’re willing to go for the people we care about. Plus, it gave me a pretty wild story to tell, didn’t it?
