Alright so I finally decided to tackle something fun this weekend. Been craving some nostalgia, you know? That old Cartoon Network show Courage the Cowardly Dog just popped into my head. First step? Rewatching dozens of episodes. Grabbed some snacks, booted up my laptop, and dug through old archives. Man, that dog screams a lot. Like… a worrying amount. Started taking notes like a madman:

Almost threw my mouse when a 4K render failed at 90% completion. Had to redo three clips because the audio was out of sync. Utter agony.
Finally narrowed it down by rewatching my rough cut ten times. Eliminated ones that didn’t hit the same on repeat viewings. The shovel scream from “The Duck Brothers”? Pure gold every time. That scene where Muriel calmly sips tea while Courage shrieks at a floating turnip? Timeless.
Finished the editing marathon at 3am. Uploaded it privately just to test. Showed my cousin the draft – he snorted soda through his nose at #7. Knew I had it. Published it this morning. Still hearing phantom barking in my dreams though.
