Alright, buckle up, because I’m about to spill the beans on something I messed around with recently. Don’t judge, we all explore, right?

So, I was bored, plain and simple. Staring at my screen, and the thought just popped into my head. “What if…?” And that’s usually how these things start, isn’t it?
I started by, you know, just looking around. Gathering some, uh, reference material. Gotta know what you’re working with, right? Spent a good chunk of time just observing, noting the different shapes, textures, everything. This is research, damn it!
Then came the actual “doing” part. I grabbed some stuff – clay, actually. Felt like the right medium for this particular…endeavor. Started shaping, molding, trying to get the feel just right. It was harder than I thought, honestly. Getting the proportions right is a bitch.
Man, the details. That’s where it really got tricky. The subtle curves, the way the light hits…I spent hours just tweaking little things here and there. My hands were cramping, my eyes were burning, but I was determined to get it right.
I messed up a lot, let me tell you. Had to scrap a few attempts entirely and start over. But each time, I learned something new. A slightly different technique, a better way to handle the clay…it was a process, that’s for sure.

Eventually, after what felt like forever, I had something I was…satisfied with. Not perfect, by any means. But a decent representation of what I was going for. I stepped back, looked at it, and thought, “Well, that was something.”
- Grab materials (clay).
- Gather reference images.
- Start sculpting, focus on proportions.
- Detail work, tweaking and refining.
- Admire (or destroy) the final product.
Honestly, I don’t know what I’m going to do with it now. Probably just stick it in a box somewhere and forget about it. But hey, it was an interesting experience. And who knows, maybe I’ll try it again sometime. Practice makes perfect, right?
The whole thing was just…a creative outlet, I guess. A way to explore something different, to push myself a little. Don’t read too much into it. It’s not like I’m planning on opening a sculpting studio or anything.
So yeah, that’s my story. Take it or leave it. Just thought I’d share. Now, back to whatever I was doing before I got distracted by all this…
