Okay, so the other day, I was just messing around online and stumbled upon this thing called the “boyfriend girlfriend quiz.” Sounds kinda cheesy, I know, but I figured, why not? It could be a fun little way to see how well my partner and I really know each other.

So, I dug around a bit to find some good questions. I read somewhere that it’s like 21 questions, but where you just keep asking until you can’t think of any more questions. I found a bunch of lists, some were pretty basic, but others were actually kinda deep. I decided to pick and choose some that I thought would be interesting for us.
We started with the easy stuff.
- “What’s my favorite color?”
- “What’s my favorite food?”
We got those right, obviously. Then I threw in a few trickier ones.
- “What’s my biggest fear?”
- “What’s a dream I haven’t told you about?”
Those got us talking a little more. I was actually surprised by some of his answers, and he said he learned a few new things about me too.
One website mentioned something about a bucket list, so I asked him, “Do I have a bucket list? And if so, what’s on it?” Turns out, he knew about a couple of things I want to do, but not everything. It was cool to fill him in on the rest and see what he thought.
We didn’t stick to just 21 questions. We just kept going, asking each other whatever popped into our heads. It wasn’t even really about getting the answers right, it was more about the conversations that sparked from the questions.

Honestly, the whole thing was way more fun than I expected. We laughed a lot, learned some new stuff, and just generally enjoyed spending time together. It was a good reminder that even when you think you know someone really well, there’s always more to discover. If you’re looking for a simple, but fun way to connect with your partner, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try. Just grab some questions, settle in, and see where the conversation takes you!
