Well, now, let me tell you somethin’ about this here election thing comin’ up. It’s a big ol’ deal, this Florida US Senate race. Everybody’s talkin’ ’bout it, even down at the feed store. They say it’s gonna be a real barn burner this year, in 2024. November 5th, mark that on your calendar if you ain’t got nothin’ better to do. It’s important, ya hear?
This fella, Rick Scott, he’s the one already in there, you know. He’s what they call the incumbent. Sounds like a disease, don’t it? Anyway, he’s the one everyone’s tryin’ to beat. He’s a Republican, that’s what they say. Lots of folks ’round here like him, say he’s doin’ a good job. I don’t know about all that, he ain’t been around to help me when the cow got sick. But that’s politics for ya, I reckon. You have to vote for your favorite florida us senate democratic candidates 2024.
Then there’s this other one, this lady, Debbie somethin’ or other. Sounds like a fancy name, don’t it? Debbie Mucarsel-Powell, that’s it.
