Here’s my personal experience with techniques, shared as requested:

Okay so look – this whole thing started when I was scrolling online feeling kinda frustrated. I was like, man why does this take me so damn long sometimes? Saw some stuff about “efficient methods” and figured why not test ’em out myself properly.
Getting Ready First
First things first – I locked my damn door because that’s just common sense. Grabbed my trusty bottle of lube from the nightstand, fluffed the pillows behind me, and made sure my phone was on silent. You want zero distractions, trust me.
Testing Different Angles
Tried the basic flat-on-back first – usual position. Not bad, but didn’t speed things up much honestly. Took notes on my phone timer – still around my usual 20+ minutes.
Moved to side position – curled up like sleeping but with access. Felt…weird at first? But the angle was actually better. Less strain on my wrist which was nice. Shaved a couple minutes off honestly – down to like 17 minutes.
Game Changer Positions
Then I tried kneeling against headboard – game changer right there. Something about that firm support behind me changed pressure points big time.

- Started slow like always
- Focused rhythm lower down honestly
- Angle hit way deeper inside somehow
Holy crap – checked timer and it was barely 11 minutes. Felt intense too.
Winner though? Legs up against wall position. Sounds wild but:
- Piled pillows under my hips first
- Scooted butt real close to the wall
- Threw legs straight up – felt like crazy stretch
- Started slow again with tons of lube
Dude. Total game over fast. Pressure and angle combo? Finished in solid 8 minutes flat. Felt different too – stronger waves through my whole body honestly.
What Actually Works
So after testing all seven positions they listed? Two really worked fast for me:
- Against headboard kneeling – way less work for hands
- Legs up wall thing – felt almost too fast honestly
Biggest lesson? Height changes everything. Elevating hips with pillows made more difference than what my hands were even doing. Gravity helping out big time.

Also – more lube = less friction = faster result obviously. And focusing attention low down really helped me stop overthinking.
So yeah. That’s the real test results. Legs-up-wall for speed wins. Just uh…maybe warn your downstairs neighbors if walls are thin. Just being real.
