Okay, so I needed to get some information about the White Plains Planned Parenthood, and I figured I’d just walk through what I did. Nothing fancy, just my usual process.

- See what services they offer.
- Figure out if I needed an appointment.

I scrolled through the page. It was pretty straightforward. They had the address clearly listed, which was good. One thing off my list!
Next, I found the hours. They were listed in a table, easy to read. I made a mental note of them, just in case.
Then I looked at the services section. They had a pretty comprehensive list. That answered another one of my questions.
Finally, I checked about appointments. The site said it was recommended to book one, so I figured I’d do that later if I needed to.
