Is It Bad To Jack Off Everyday? Heres What Experts Say!

Okay, so, I’ve been thinking about this whole “jacking off every day” thing. Is it bad? Is it good? I decided to find out for myself. No bullshit, just a dude and his, well, you know.

Day 1: The Baseline

Started this little experiment today. Felt pretty normal, nothing out of the ordinary. I went about my day, did my usual thing in the evening, and that was that. Noticed I felt pretty relaxed afterward, which was nice. Slept like a baby.

Days 2-7: The Grind

  • Day 2: Woke up, felt okay. Did my morning routine, no issues. Evening rolled around, did the deed again. Still feeling normal.
  • Day 3: Same as day 2, really. Starting to wonder if this is even going to have any effect.
  • Day 4: Felt a little tired today, but could be from anything. The routine continues.
  • Day 5: Okay, I might be imagining things, but I think I’m a bit more sensitive than usual.
  • Day 6: Yeah, definitely more sensitive. Not necessarily a bad thing. Energy levels are still normal.
  • Day 7: Week one down. No major changes, to be honest. Still feel pretty good.

Days 8-14: Getting Used To It

  • Day 8: Feels like my body’s getting used to this daily routine. Still pretty sensitive, though.
  • Day 9: Had a bit of a headache today, not sure if it’s related.
  • Day 10: Headache’s gone. Feeling pretty good. This is actually kind of enjoyable.
  • Day 11: Nothing new to report. Just another day, another round.
  • Day 12: I’m starting to think this might not be so bad after all.
  • Day 13: Felt great today. Lots of energy, focused at work.
  • Day 14: Two weeks in. I don’t feel any worse for wear. Actually, I feel pretty damn good.

Days 15-21: The Routine

  • Day 15: This has become part of my daily routine, like brushing my teeth.
  • Day 16: Didn’t even think about it, just did it. It’s like muscle memory now.
  • Day 17: Still feeling good, no negative side effects that I can tell.
  • Day 18: Had a really good workout today, maybe this is helping with my energy levels?
  • Day 19: Nope, just a regular day. Noticed I am not as horny in general, just doing my routine.
  • Day 20: Still feeling pretty normal. No complaints.
  • Day 21: Three weeks in. This experiment is kind of boring now.

Days 22-30: The Conclusion

So, I made it to 30 days. Did I turn into a shriveled-up husk of a man? Nope. Did I lose all my energy and motivation? Definitely not. Honestly, I feel pretty much the same as I did before I started this whole thing. Maybe a little more relaxed, a little more sensitive, but that’s about it.

So, is it bad to jack off every day? From my highly unscientific experiment, I’d say probably not. At least, it didn’t do me any harm. But hey, everyone’s different. Your mileage may vary. Just don’t blame me if you turn into a zombie or something. I felt pretty normal the whole time, just a bit more relaxed and less horny than usual during the day, but in a good way.

That’s it, folks. One month of daily wanking, and I’m still standing. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have a routine to get back to. Peace out.
