Okay, so I was messing around with some “We Bare Bears” stuff the other day, and I gotta share this because it was just too funny. You know how sometimes you get these random ideas and just have to see them through? Well, that was me with this whole “We Bare Bears gagged” concept.
It all started when I was watching some “We Bare Bears” clips online. I’ve always loved Ice Bear – he’s just so cool and collected. And Grizzly, well, he’s the total opposite, always getting into some crazy situation. I started thinking, what if I could create something that highlights their hilarious dynamic, maybe put them in some funny, unexpected scenes?
I began by gathering a bunch of clips. I spent hours going through episodes, looking for those golden moments. You know, like that time when Ice Bear did that goofy victory dance after they found a hundred-dollar bill? Or when they had that fantasy of driving a kiddie truck down the highway? I even found that clip of Grizzly just stuffing his face with a burger. Good times.
Then, I started to play around with editing. My goal was to create these short, funny skits. I’d take a clip of Ice Bear being all serious, and then splice it with Grizzly doing something totally ridiculous. The contrast was just gold! I also found some other clips from the show, like when they’re all tied up or in some silly disguise, which kind of fit the “gagged” theme. The “gagged” was not really meant literally, it was more like, their reactions were priceless when being in some crazy scenarios.

- Then I added some sound effects to make it even more hilarious.
The Funny Scenes I Made
I made a few of these little skits, and honestly, I was cracking myself up. One of them had Ice Bear delivering one of his deadpan lines, and then it cut to Grizzly screaming like a little girl because he saw a spider. Another one showed them all tied up, looking super annoyed, and then it cut to a scene where they’re dancing like crazy.
The whole process was a blast. It took a while, but seeing the finished product made it all worth it. It was just a fun little project, a way to express my love for the show and these characters. I even shared it with a few friends, and they got a good laugh out of it too.
